WHAT IF I HAVE AN INJURY OR A DYSFUNCTION

We know everybody is different!  We don’t claim to fix or heal — but we deeply believe that mindful movement can be restorative and transformative. Our instructors are trained to meet you where you are, offering safe and effective modifications for every movement so you can move with confidence.

WHAT IS PILATES

Pilates is a type of mind-body exercise developed in the early 20th century by German physical trainer Joseph Pilates, after whom it was named.

We believe movement is a gift meant for all. Pilates is a full-body conditioning practice that strengthens from the inside out — building long, lean muscles, improving flexibility, balance, and endurance, and deepening the connection between mind and body.

Through intentional breath and precise movement, Pilates helps restore posture, align the spine and pelvis, and bring ease to the body while reducing stress and pain. It’s more than a workout — it’s a mindful practice that renews strength, stability, and confidence.

No matter your age, background, or ability, Pilates meets you where you are and invites you to train the body, renew the mind, and lift the spirit.

WHAT IS REFORMER PILATES

Reformer Pilates is a comprehensive fitness system that uses the Pilates Reformer, a unique piece of exercise equipment that enhances strength, flexibility, and posture. This sophisticated apparatus is outfitted with a sliding carriage, springs, ropes with handles, and a footbar to provide resistance and support for a variety of movements. This makes Reformer Pilates an ideal choice for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike.
