REFORMER CLASSES

Build flexibility, balance, strength and core as you learn the essential foundations of Pilates.

These classes are created for every body—whether you're stepping onto the Reformer for the first time or looking to deepen your existing practice. You’ll experience a full-body, intentional workout that focuses on control, alignment, and strength.

With options to modify or progress each movement, you'll be supported right where you are while still being challenged in endurance, stability, and mind-body connection. Flow through purposeful, dynamic sequences that lengthen, tone, and sculpt with mindful breath and precise form.

Come ready to sweat, shake (if you choose to!), and leave feeling stronger, more centered, and fully renewed.

Classes will be a maximum of 7 students.

Bodhi Suspension System Class

BODHI SUSPENSION SYSTEM

The Balanced Body Bodhi suspension system is a four-point suspension trainer that uses two independent ropes with padded loops to provide a dynamic workout. It combines strength, balance, and flexibility training by challenging the body in various positions, including standing, and is designed to engage the nervous system to improve strength, stability, and coordination. The system is versatile, allowing for multiple points of suspension for a wide range of exercises, from foundational movements to advanced routines

Find strength gains where you never knew you had muscles! Bodhi finds those smaller hard to get to internal pieces that are SO important to our stability and functionality. Strong long lean lines of muscle are the outcome.

REFORMER CARDIO JUMPBOARD CLASSES

Using a combination of the more challenging exercises from the Reformer with the jump board this class stimulates the large muscle groups to work into the fat burning zone. This higher intensity class offers all the benefits of a high impact aerobic class without all the pounding on the body.

BARRE

Inspired by Ballet Barre work, come to this class to lengthen, strengthen, and sculpt from head to toe with this energizing barre workout. Rooted in Pilates, dance, and functional strength training, this class blends small, controlled movements with high-repetition sequences to build muscular endurance and deep core stability.

Expect a dynamic mix of standing and mat-based work using the barre for balance and alignment. Light weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises help target the arms, legs, glutes, and core with precision—yes, you’ll feel the shake!

With options for all fitness levels, you’ll be guided through mindful movement patterns that improve posture, increase flexibility, and elevate your overall strength. Leave class feeling longer, lifted, and empowered.

FITNESS CLASSES

STRENGTH

Build functional strength and confidence with a full-body workout that blends resistance training, targeted muscle work, and intentional movement. This class focuses on proper form, smart progressions, and balanced programming to help you get stronger safely and effectively. Expect a mix of weights, bands, and bodyweight exercises designed to boost power, stability, and endurance.

PILATES MAT CLASSES

Pilates Mat Classes incorporate all the key principles of Pilates: postural alignment, breathing, strength, controlled movement and flexibility. Specific cueing guides you to feel the perfect balance of challenge while deepening your mind-body connection through breath and ease of movement. Typically, props like the magic circle, soft ball, light weights and Melt Half Roller will be used.

MELT METHOD

Learn, practice and hone your Melt Method skills while alleviating stuck stress and chronic pain! This 50-minute class includes Hand & Foot Treatments as well as Level 1, Level 2 and Neuro-Strength Melt Soft Roller work. 

Private one on one Melt Sessions are available by appointment.

YOGA / RESTORATIVE CLASSES

Our Yoga and Yoga/Meditation Classes will help guide you to a more calm and focused existence. Learn how to quiet your mind, release & relax your body, and take a moment for reflection. Gentle yoga & restorative moves and  breath patterning will relax tight gripped muscles.

With an uncertain world around us constantly changing, here is a warm safe place to regroup and focus on what’s truly important: our wellness!

CARDIO DRUMMING

Get your cardio on while drumming to the beat of some jammin’ tunes! Upper body toning and strengthening while getting your drumming on! The Lower body works out while kicking, dancing and squatting to the beats! Time flies while you’re having fun, and this is ONE FUN Class!!!
